  3. Fairfield Plaza - stores & services include Thrifty Foods, Pharmasave, Starbucks, Ross Bay Pub, Terry's Pet Foods, Toronto Dominion Bank, Home Hardware, The Running Room, Provincial Liquor Store, a dental clinic, and other retailers and services.
  4. Fairfield Community Association - provides child care services, community programs, and is a venue for Fairfield community meetings.
  5. Moss Rock Park - highest point in south Fairfield, offering great views of Fairfield, Beacon Hill Park, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the Olympic Mountains, and other points of interest.
  6. Ross Bay Cemetery - An historic but still operational cemetery with many notable British Columbians interred there: Sir James Douglas, Emily Carr, Sir Matthew Baillie Begbie (the "Hanging" judge), and Robert Dunsmuir among many others.
  7. The Cook Street Playlot - Offers a great playground for young children and includes equipment and sandboxes for youngsters.
